Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Director, First Nations Mtis Relations (FNMR) and the Director, First Nations Mtis Health Services (FNMHS) of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, the facilitation of efficient operations of the Director, FNMR and the Director, FNMHS portfolios, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with the FNMR and FNMHS Team to assist in accomplishing the FNMR and FNMHS objectives. The incumbent will work closely with the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of the First Nations Mtis Health (FNMH) Portfolio to ensure coordination and communication of workflow. The incumbent will also coordinate with other administrative support staff of the Provincial FNMH Portfolio and in their absence, will provide support services as requested.
Expectation to travel as necessary.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
Education
- Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
