Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Yard Clerk at our Home Centre location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
To come to work with a positive, professional attitude and be dependable for all shifts
To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer
Fill orders, receive freight, deliver and unload product, perform inventory counts
Build positive relationships with the yard crew, desk and leadership teams
To keep aisles, yard and stockpiles neat and free of obstruction
Perform customer carry out service and product assembly as assigned
Complete required paperwork based on department standards
Follow company policies and procedures
Practice and maintain safe procedures for the handling and stocking of merchandise
Perform other duties as assigned in all areas of the Home Centre

You have a valid Class 5 drivers license, must be willing to obtain forklift certification
Must have a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
You must have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements including; heavy lifting and carrying
