Responsibilities:
:Lead a jobsite with various subgrade, aggregate and grading applications in parking lots, roads and other construction applications
:Operate various heavy equipment, including skid steer, loader, grader and rollers while having an advanced knowledge of base and grade processes and techniques
:Work unsupervised with others in a high paced environment
:Perform daily equipment inspections before operation and monitor throughout the day
:Collaborate with supervisors and crews to meet project specifications
:Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
:Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
:Experience with commercial or road construction is a must
:Knowledge of Grade and Pave process and techniques
:Willingness to work overtime and shifts, including weekends
