What you'll do:
Responsible for a wide variety of clerical and accounting office duties in support of the administration office team.
Perform accounts receivable processing and reconciliations, accounts payable support, billing, transfers and reconciliations, and maintaining appropriate financial documentation through an organized system of filing.
Execute the established functions within the timelines and parameters established in conjunction with the Office Supervisor all while respecting the policies of the cooperative.
Maintain diplomatic and accurate interaction with team members, team leaders, customers, and vendors in person, by email and on the telephone.
Responsible for completing a number of other general administrative clerk duties as defined and assigned by the Office Supervisor
Require minimal supervision in the general day-to-day duties; however, concerns or unusual inquiries can be redirected accordingly or referred to the Office Supervisor or Payroll/Benefit Manager for follow up.
