Big Rock Trucking Ltd. is looking for a full time or part time office administrator in our office in Punnichy.
This position of responsible for:
General office duties, including accurate and timely record-keeping and data entry, filing, photocopying, printing, mail, answering phones, emailing, etc.
General accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, journal entries and account reconciliations.
Maintaining safety records
Desired traits/skills:
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Experience with SAGE 50 (Simply Accounting) & QuickBooks
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently
Accounting background would be an asset but is not required
