Were looking for a warm, grounded, organized, and adaptable person to join our team as a Connection Coordinator. This role is all about helping things run smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring our clients and community feel supported and connected.
This role supports two connected businesses focused on mental health, self care, and community: The Heart Center (including the Self Care Collective) and Fellow Travellers Healing Collective.
We are seeking support with:
1) Email & Client Communication
2) Customer Support & Connection
3) Marketing & Social Media Support
4) Billing & Scheduling Assistance
5) General Organization & Support
The Connection Coordinator we are calling in:

About the Role:
- This role is for an independent contractor (with the potential to move into an employee position in the future)
- The work can primarily be done remotely, but we require our Connection Coordinator to live in/near Regina to support with in person offerings as needed
- Hours: Starting at 5-10 hours per week (with room to grow); hours are largely flexible and can be built around your schedule, meaning you can generally work when it suits you, aside from occasional scheduled meetings or time-sensitive tasks.
