The Resort Village of Manitou Beach is seeking a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Deadline to apply is March 6th, 2025.
This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and provides support for Administration & Public Works.
Commitment: Minimum two days a week will be required, following a three week training period. There is opportunity for additional hours to cover holidays and sick time.
Duties: Customer service, correspondence, filing, data entry, receipting, and preparing deposits. Assistance in bylaw research, issuing utility bills, maintaining our accounts payable & receivable systems, fielding public inquiries, andrelaying information to maintenance staff. Ordering of office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and general office cleaning.
Skills: Strong communication skills, courteous, professional demeanor, personal accountability, proficiency in Microsoft office applications, experience in Munisoft software is considered an asset, and willingness to be a team player.
