In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for providing confidential administrative support which includes calendar management, arranging business travel and meeting arrangements, ordering office supplies, processing mail, and records management
- Arranging all mine site/northern field travel for staff
- Provide administrative support for joint venture correspondence
- Be responsible for administration of clothing allowance expense reports, as well as assisting with budget submission and tracking
- Work with a number of systems including Microsoft products, SAP/S4 and the document management system (SharePoint)
Required:
- Business administrative certificate
- A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in a corporate environment
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams) and Nitro Pro
- Strong inclination for technology and ability to learn systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
