The La Loche Housing Authority is currently recruiting a full-time, Temporary Tenant Relations Officer to join our team. If you have excellent problem solving and organizational skills, can multitask, thrive in a team environment, and have a desire to provide exceptional service to our tenants, this position will be of interest to you!
The Position:
-Process housing applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees, and collect rent
-Prepare and explain leasing agreements and expectations of tenancy
-Coordinate move-in and move-out process
-Manage tenant and public inquiries, problems, complaints, and concerns
-Prepare and monitor banking statements, review financial reports and investigate discrepancies
Responsibilities and Requirements:
-Ability to manage stressful situations, problem solve, and manage conflict
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Exceptional client relations skills and the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public
Qualifications:
-Grade 12 or equivalent, familiarity with Microsoft Office, some experience in a property management environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
-A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
