As the first point of contact for our clients, strong verbal English skills are essential to ensure clear, professional communication and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Process customer orders and payments, providing timely updates.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our system.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal English skills are required for clear and professional communication.
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
Experience processing customer payments.
Ability to adapt to new technology and systems quickly.
Print industry knowledge is a significant asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
