We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Professional to join our Accounting Division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is a full-time salary role, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, to support Avana with day-to-day accounting needs. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced, progressive organization, and work independently.
The candidate must have:
- Post-secondary education in accounting/administration.
- A minimum of two (2) years in an accounts payable position working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship).
