What youll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Perform various office duties such as typing, copy, scanning, filing, etc.
Assist in preparing and processing Accounts Receivable statements.
Perform audits of cash ups, deposits and process accounts receivable.
Assist with financial processes including membership & equity transactions, and inventory receipts.
Come to work with a positive, professional approach, and attitude.
Ensure outstanding courteous customer service is provided.
To be familiar with and adhere to Prairie Co-op policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
Office education and accounting experience is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent skills of Microsoft Office software application (Excel, Word, etc.)
Have a valid Class 5 Driver's License
