Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
Foster creativity, problem-solving, and independence through hands-on activities.
Promote social-emotional development using positive guidance strategies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
Observe, document, and assess children's progress to support individualized learning.
Collaborate with families to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
Ensure compliance with childcare licensing regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
ECE Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of child development, emergent curriculum, and Play and Exploration.
Ability to create sensory-rich, outdoor, and inquiry-based experiences.
Experience in behavior guidance, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation strategies.
Proficiency in observation, documentation, and child progress assessments.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
