Job Description: The Associate will have accountability for physician recruitment and retention activities by providing support, expertise and leadership to medical departments, service lines and individual physicians. The Associate contributes to provincial alignment, effectiveness of organizational and cultural change initiatives as they relate to the ability to attract and retain physicians. This position works closely with department colleagues, SHA service lines, physician executives/heads/leads, College of Medicine, government agencies, the Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA) and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience
- 1 year administrative experience preferably in a health related field
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Other Education and Training
- Human Resources diploma is acceptable
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor of Human Resources is acceptable
- Business Administration diploma is acceptable
