Job Description: Under the direction of the Director, Clinical Standards & Professional Practice, the PPO Coordinator will work in collaboration with a wide range of disciplines to assist in development, maintenance, compliance and enhancement of Practitioner Pre Printed Orders (PPOs) and Physician Order Sets (POSs). The individual also facilitates, guides and educates others in matter pertaining to PPOs and POSs and their processes. The PPO Coordinator will provide administrative support and data analysis to Clinical Standards & Professional Practice and to the Departments and Sections of the Saskatchewan Health Authority in relation to the development, compliance, and efficiency of PPOs and POSs compared to multiple healthcare outcomes. The PPO Coordinator supports work with internal staff and external organization representatives to continuously advance expertise, skill and quality of product and service in the development and review of PPOs and POSs. The individual performs a full range of research, qualitative and quantitative review, data management as well as administrative functions.
