Description

Acorn Construction Ltd. is currently looking for full time experienced and/or apprentice carpenters.

Duties Include:
Residential and light commercial framing
Light renovation work
Post frame construction

MUST be willing to work in all weather conditions. Work is Monday to Friday (7-5).  Be able to lift at least 75 lbs and have your own tool belt with hand tools and steel toed boots.

Applicants that meet the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

2 + year of framing experience
Drivers license and reliable vehicle or a means of transportation to and from the shop in Lloydminster.
Punctual
Good communication skills
Team player

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Have the stamina and physical ability to work long hours
Walk on uneven ground
Comfortable working at heights and with ladders
Move and carry construction materials weighing up to 65 lbs
Work outdoors in various conditions
Wage is based on experience and performance as well as punctuality.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour overtime after 44 hours per week
