We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to serve the Regina Region, calling on retail floor covering stores and flooring contractors. This role involves working with existing customers and prospecting for new accounts, all while showcasing our diverse range of flooring solutions.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct regular sales calls on established customers, presenting and selling new and existing products.
-Gain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of all flooring products we offer.
-Collaborate with architects, designers, and end-users to confirm specifications and provide product samples.
-Provide product training to customers.
-Prospect and develop new business within the Regina Region.
-Set up and maintain displays and merchandising systems.

Ideal Requirements and Qualifications:
-Experience in flooring sales or construction/material sales with strong sales skills, professionalism, and excellent communication skills is beneficial.
-Good organizational and time management skills.
-Self-motivated and disciplined with strong interpersonal skills.
-Valid driver's license and a passport in good standing.
-Presentation skills for both small and large groups.
