Description

The South East Cornerstone Public School Division invites applications for an Early Learning Instructional Coach.  This full-time, temporary, position will be based in Carlyle and will serve the communities of Ocean Man, Pheasant Rump, and White Bear First Nations (their families and schools).

This position will report to the Coordinator of Early Learning and will be immediately responsible to:
    Foster early learning connections between families and community programs.
    Foster early learning connections between SECPSD schools and education programs in OMFN, PRNFN, WBFN communities.
    Provide home visiting support to children ages 0-5 with diverse learning needs and their families.
    Provide guidance and support to SECPSD Prekindergarten and Kindergarten programs.
    Provide support for children ages 0-5 with diverse needs as they transition into the formal education system (supporting child, family, and teaching team).
