Description

This individual is directly accountable and responsible for the Catering functions, service levels and profitability of our Banquet Department. This position will report to the Director of Catering. A balance must be found between management objectives and line staffs ability to execute these objectives. This is very much a public and staff relations type of position, which requires hands on approach.
