Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team.  You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks and safely completing a variety of tasks in earthworks and helping equipment operators with general groundwork and daily tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, and safe operation in and around equipment and vehicles. Responsibilities:
    Operate hand tools and power tools as needed.
    Work safely around a variety of earthworks and construction equipment.
    Learn general operation of basic earthworking and gravel related equipment.
    Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
    Load and unload materials and equipment.
    Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
    Follow safety rules, practices, and procedures at all times.
    Work with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
    Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Experience:
    Must have valid Class 5 Driver's License, with preference for Heavy Trailer endorsement or higher license.
    Experience in earthworks, construction, or a related field is a plus.
    Experience operating skidsteers, rock trucks, compaction equipment, loaders, or similar is a plus.
    Ability to perform physical labour for extended periods of time.
    Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
    Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
    Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
    Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
