Description

The Payroll SpecialistOracle Payroll Support is responsible for troubleshooting Oracle payroll system issues and providing timely responses, create and maintain documentation, provide end user support, and assist in the integration of Oracle payroll with other systems. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing, system integrations, and provides support to end-users. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple departments and clients to align system functions with business needs.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a combination of post-secondary education and experience
- Completion of, or willingness to attain, a Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certification through the Canadian Payroll Association and/or become certified within Oracle University
- Experience in a health-care payroll environment
- Familiarity with collective agreements and regulatory standards
- Experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules and/or other payroll system
