Position Overview:
SilverLeaf Property Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper / Data Entry / Receptionist. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of a property management company.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Data Entry:
- Enter rents received into our property management software, Buildium.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and timely payments.
- Maintain financial records for property management operations.
General Administrative Duties:
- Assist with tenant and owner correspondence, document preparation, and filing.
- Provide administrative assistance to property managers and other staff as needed.
Reception & Customer Service:
- Greet clients, tenants, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with property management software (Buildium experience is a strong asset).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
