The Role
As a Corporate Sales Associate, youll support the Corporate Sales team by processing wireless requests, managing orders, and assisting customers across multiple channels. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and customer-first mindset will ensure seamless experiences for our business clients.

What Youll Do
-Process wireless requests quickly and accurately.
-Fulfill customer orders, including activations, invoicing, packing, and shipping.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
-Manage accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances.
-Maintain inventory accuracy and updated pricing guides.
-Prioritize tasks with urgency, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Support Corporate Sales Team in managing business accounts.

What You Bring
-Office administration certificate + 1 year of sales experience (or equivalent).
-Experience processing wireless requests in a sales or customer service setting.
-Detail-oriented, highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency.
-Customer-first approach, ensuring professional and seamless service.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
