Established in 1962, the Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees Pension Plan (SHEPP) is a multi-employer, defined benefit pension plan serving the healthcare industry in Saskatchewan.

Were currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis, for an 18-month term located in Regina, SK. As a member of the business solutions team, the Business Analyst will focus on business process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and project management.

You will lead business analysis activities, gathering and validating requirements through interviews, workshops, and process modeling. By conducting gap analyses and identifying solutions, you will help streamline processes and drive efficiencies. Additionally, you will manage small to medium-sized projects, developing plans, budgets, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
