Day Full-time/Part-time Positions
What you will do:
As a Care Partner you will work within a multidisciplinary team where the resident directs the daily schedule. In this role, you will provide physical care to the residents to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. While this care is provided under the leadership of a professional nurse, the Care Partner is the resident closest advocate in the household. You will promote the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building, and you will work with the household team to meet other social service needs of the resident and of the household.

What you need:
Certification from a SK Health approved care aide/assistant course or equivalent
TLR and GPA certification is preferred
Clear criminal record/vulnerable sector search
English language proficiency to communicate to residents
