Axon Development Corporations software package and mobile app are used in the transportation industry throughout North America. We are looking for outgoing, professional individuals with technical and mobile app experience to join our team in a Customer and Mobile App Support role.
You will assist our clients over the phone and
internet as they learn to get the most out of
their transportation software including a mobile app that integrates all of their management, operations, financial and accounting information in real time.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand the customers questions,
suggestions, and any issues within the software and app;
Assist in the resolution of these questions,
suggestions and issues with the help of fellow
technical support members and programmers in an
accurate and timely manner;
Document, in detail, all information from
telephone and email conversations with customers;
Assist in the implementation of the Axon Software Mobile Application;
Provide mobile app and software support to new and existing users
Skills and Specifications:
Proficient in customer or mobile app support;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent time management skills;
Strong organizational skills;
Ability to prioritize tasks;
Strong team focus, including the ability to work and collaborate with others effectively
Educations and Qualifications:
Experience with software support or mobile app support.
Past experience in customer service related
positions would also be considered advantageous.

computers, transportation, and accounting but
