Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the accounts receivable listing
Send out statements to clients
Process and record payments
Make collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in NetSuite is an asset.
