Permanent Part-Time E-commerce and Sales Associate

Location:
The Centre Mall, 3510 8th Street East

Hours:
Approximately 20 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking one highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Permanent Part-Time E-commerce Specialist and Sales Associate at RAD Cards and Collectibles. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves all things pop culture, is familiar with eBay and E-commerce, has a passion for helping customers find their next favourite collectible.

Responsibilities:
- Post listings to our eBay account including trading cards and other merchandise
- Package and label as items sell
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product knowledge
- Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system
- Keep up-to-date with current sales, promotions, and new product releases
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:
- Previous eBay, e-commerce, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of trading cards and other collectibles is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
