Description

We are currently seeking a caring, compassionate, person centred  and enthusiastic individual to join our team! We are hiring for a Direct Support Worker in our Esterhazy Group Home.

The role may include but is not limited to:
- Implements person centred plans
-Provides personal and physical supports and care to participants as necessary (i.e. feeding, dressing, bathing etc.)
-Acts as a positive role model
-Understands and follows both positive and behavioural programming
-Stores, administers, and documents use of medications
-Provides overall life enrichment to individuals through both positive programming, community outings etc.
-Cooks, cleans and reports  maintenance concerns as necessary
-Training programs for successful applicants will be provided
-Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License required to transport clients
