Dental Aide

The Sturgeon Lake Health Centre is now accepting applications from qualified individuals for the Dental Aide Position. Under the supervision of the Dental Therapist, you will perform basic office duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

    Some knowledge and understanding of good oral hygiene.
    Some knowledge of various dental procedures and instruments
    Customer service skills such as greeting patients upon arrival.
    Ability to perform office management tasks such as scheduling appointments and ordering supplies.
    Excellent communication skills
    Organizational skills
    Must have some experience in administration duties.
    Ability to work effectively within a holistic team.
    Strong commitment to health promotion and prevention.
    Must have valid Saskatchewan Drivers License and reliable vehicle.
    Sterilizing equipment and following proper hygienic protocol
    Managing the inventory of dental equipment and supplies
