Were looking for a temporary Business Solutions Specialist to join our Member Contact Centre team in Regina for up to a 6-month term. You will be responsible for proactively supporting our business members in their everyday banking needs including providing holistic solutions and advice.
Your time:
Support the financial success of our business members
Proactively evaluate and recommend cash management solutions and other value-add services available for business members
Manage account openings, implement new solutions and provide day to day technical support
Answer all incoming communication from the shared email inbox and Member Contact Center Business support line
Your experience:
At least 2 years experience in the financial industry with demonstrated business acumen
Previous experience in member-based financial advising
