Description

Fresh Start is a non-profit, charitable organization that is committed to building strong children, youth, families and community.  Given Fresh Start's growth and expansion, the newly created Director of Operations role has been added.

The Director of Operations will lead the daily operations of our vibrant charitable organization.  Fresh Start provides intensive family related supports and a range of counselling services to children, youth and families in the City of Swift Current and surrounding rural communities.

The Director will ensure service delivery occurs in an efficient, effective manner, and aligns with Fresh Start's mission, vision and values.  This role demands a strategic and operational leader with strong management expertise and a passion for community service.

The Director will oversee Fresh Start services to enhance efficiency and quality.  They will collaborate with the Executive Director to execute strategic plans and foster growth, sustainability and innovation.  Financial responsibilities include oversight, budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

The role also involves managing and mentoring the Fresh Start team, and promoting an inclusive workplace.  The Director will guide the development of programs that align with community needs, ensure compliance with non-profit sector standards, and oversee risk management strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
3 - 5 years experience in a non-profit management, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or other related degree
Alignment with the vision and mission of Fresh Start

Fresh Start offers a competitive salary and benefits/pension package.  Salary commensurate with education and experience.
