Adecco is currently hiring for temporary, full time Inside sales Rep to work at our client in Saskatoon, Sk.

Pay rate: $22/hour
Location: Saskatoon
Shift : 9 am to 5:00 pm
Job type: Temporary| full time (3 months) Temporary to permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify incoming leads by understanding customer needs and ensuring alignment with our IoT cold chain monitoring solutions.
- Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of the solutions.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Over 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development, ideally within the technology, logistics or supply chain industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
