Position Overview:
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in bringing our customers' visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:
Material Handling: Safely loading and unloading materials and equipment at our warehouse and customer sites.
Site Preparation: Setting up and organizing tools and materials at the worksite to ensure efficiency and safety.
Installation Support: Assisting the lead builder with measuring, cutting, and assembling enclosure components at the customer's home or business.
Clean-Up: Maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process and upon completion.
Qualifications:
Basic Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with and ability to safely use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels.
Measurement Skills: Accurate reading of a tape measure is crucial for precise installations.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact professionally with customers.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites, including occasional overnight stays.
Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required for travel to job sites.

Framing Experience: Prior experience in framing or construction
