Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Our Medical office has an opening for a immediate full-time receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team.
We require someone to interact with our client base in a friendly and confident manner. The successful candidate will be well organized, possess a team first attitude, keen attention to accuracy and detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to work efficiently. A good working knowledge of(Accuro/scheduling software) computer skills is required.
Responsibilities will include:
- answering calls
- booking appointments
- receiving & forwarding telephone enquiries
- processing incoming & outgoing electronic mail
- ordering supplies & maintaining inventory
- photocopying & faxing
- running a busy medical office
Completion of a recognized secretarial course, or equivalent experience and general knowledge of computer& Accuro applications is an asset.
