Key Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Inc., a member of the Key Auto Group, is accepting resumes for the full-time Service Advisor position. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused individual whose primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between the customer and Service Technician.

WHAT YOU OFFER:

The ideal Service Advisor possesses the following:
*Two years experience in the automotive industry
*Outstanding communication and customer service skills
*Computer and data entry skills
*Ability work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to diagnose problems based on what customers describe

WHAT YOU DO:

A Service Advisor is responsible for:
*Ensuring customer satisfaction by listening to needs, communicating repair and maintenance information with associated costs and providing regular updates regarding the status of the repair.
*Understanding and adhering to safety policies and procedures, following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
*Sharing knowledge with customers about the need for regular maintenance.
*Completing internal, online and outside training as determined by the Service Manager and required by GM Canada.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

Service Advisors are expected to meet key performance indicators related to customer service indexes and training compliance. Additionally, possessing and maintaining a valid drivers license and providing a criminal record check are conditions of employment.
