The Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide support as a Records Management Specialist within the Financial Services Branch.
This position is required to work on-site.
The Records Management Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the comprehensive management of the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority's (SLGA) physical and digital records. This position involves close collaboration with Saskatchewan Archives, moving services, shredding facilities, and SLGA staff to efficiently organize, retrieve, and dispose of records. The incumbent will deliver expert records and information management services to SLGA and serve as the authority on the Electronic Records Management (ERM) system. Responsibilities include maintaining SLGA's records retention policy and contributing to the development and oversight of processes related to archiving, procurement, and records retention.
This role supports the Procurement Consultant by compiling, organizing, issuing, and reviewing procurement-related documents and requests, which include requests for proposals, quotations, information, and resources.
