Description

We are currently looking for an experienced lowbed driver.
Work to include hauling equipment and materials with low bed (11 axle unit with jeep and booster combo) and deck trailers to various worksites and locations throughout Saskatchewan/Alberta/Manitoba. When not hauling equipment, you would be hauling tri axle end dump trailers hauling demolition debris

General duties will include:
Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to all company policies, and procedures.
Keep equipment clean as required
Complete pre-trip safety inspections, equipment maintenance checks and daily field level hazard assessments
Advise office of requirements for maintenance or repairs that are not within worker?s scope and knowledge
Participate in routine maintenance
Daily assistance on the ground between 'on road' operating duties to include; mechanical duties, upkeep on equipment, and general shop and yard assistance
Job Requirements
Previous experience with low bed trailers
Current drivers abstract
Off road experience
Experience in heavy equipment operations; excavator
Able communicate both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to manage changing priorities
Ability to mechanically fix an issue while on the road
