Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Swanson Gryba & Company has an opening for a immediate full-time receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. We offer a competitive salary and 100% employer paid health and dental benefits.
We require someone to interact with our client base in a friendly and confident manner. The successful candidate will be well organized, possess a team first attitude, keen attention to accuracy and detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to work efficiently.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) computer skills is required. Completion of a recognized secretarial course, or equivalent experience and general knowledge of computer applications is an asset.
Responsibilities will include:
- maintaining filing systems
- typing and proofreading correspondence
- receiving & forwarding telephone & electronic enquiries
- processing incoming & outgoing mail
- ordering supplies & maintaining inventory
- photocopying & collating documents for distribution
