One Arrow First Nation is looking for a part-time Social Development Supervisor to work three days per week and will report to the Director of Health. The supervisor is responsible to carry out duties as outlined. Adhere to the OAFN Personnel and Fit for Duty policy. Exhibit high standards of ethics and maintain strict responsibility/Will oversee and be responsible for the Income Assistant workers/Will maintain statistical data and prepare monthly reports required by organization and funding agencies/Assist with case plan management, identify short/long term goals for families/Develop an annual budget and work plan/Ensure client files are maintained daily ready for audit compliance purposes and in accordance with SA policies/Experience working with First Nation communities is preferred but not necessary/Supervisory experience and able to lead/Effective problem solving and decision-making skills/Excellent interpersonal and communication skills/Knowledge of computer software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and ASAP program/Willingness to work flexible hours/A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle/Must have current CPIC with Vulnerable Sector Check/The ability to speak Cree and understand Culture/Spirituality would be an asset.
