The opportunity
Leadership:
Leads IT Risk, IT Operations, and IT Service Center teams, focusing on cyber security, infrastructure, and client support to drive continuous improvement.
Manages strategic vendor relationships and oversees procurement processes.
Collaborates with all departments to align information needs and service level objectives, enabling business growth and success.
Cyber Security:
Lead the development and implementation of cyber security governance, compliance policies and procedures. Manage risk mitigation and remediation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Build a risk-aware organizational culture through education, support, and training.
IT Operations:
Oversee the integration of technology components, including systems administration, technical networks, and both on-prem and cloud technology.
Evaluate resource use and performance, making recommendations for future hardware/software requirements.
IT Service Center:
Establish standards for service delivery, ensuring systems stability, methodologies, and procedures are in place and evolve in line with industry practices.
Drive the development of a 24/7 customer experience model, including international offices.
