Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Early Childhood Program
Record data and prepare documents requiring spreadsheets, data and word processing programs
Maintain complete familiarity with software programs
Ensure information is properly secured to prevent accidental erasure and/or breach of confidentiality
Organize transportation, accommodation, meeting arrangements
Ensure adequate ordering of supplies
Maintain and develop the filing system
Assist with financial/banking, record keeping or accounting as necessary relating to program accounts
Qualifications:
Must have Grade 12 diploma;
A Certificate in Office Administration;
A combination of qualifications and experience may be considered;
Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook;
Research and computer skills;
Must have a valid drivers license;
Must be able to provide a satisfactory Drivers Abstract, Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening;
