Description

As the Manager of Project Reporting and Analysis, you will lead the centralized project reporting and analysis for the Infrastructure Design and Delivery Division. Your team will ensure financial accountability and optimal budget utilization within the Project Support Office, analyzing budget variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.

What Were Looking For:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, reporting, or analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Tableau).
- Leadership: Ability to work independently and empower your team, while also contributing productively in a team environment. Excelling in collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated experience in formatting, proofreading, editing, and distributing various types of correspondence. Ability to communicate strategic decisions effectively and guide teams through transitions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail to explain, update, or address specific requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
