Your Purpose: Our Servers form a critical connection with our guests, actively shaping their experience by providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment. Servers embody our core values and create meaningful guest experiences.

What will you do?
Greet tables warmly, making a positive first impression
Maintain tables; set up, organize, clear and clean in a timely manner
Become an expert in all menu items including regular items, specials, allergens and dietary restrictions
Make recommendations and provide pairing and upselling suggestions
Take accurate orders and manage bill times
Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized

What do you need?
A passion for people and fun, and be 19+ years of age
A dedication to learning a large menu with many in-house made items
The ability to communicate effectively
The ambition and drive to create the best experience for your team and guests
The drive to find solutions
The ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and restaurant demands
The ability to obtain Serve It Right and FoodWise Certifications
The ability to fulfil the physical job requirements
