Job Description: The Specialist is accountable to the Manager and works collaboratively with the entire PSA team to provide support, expertise, leadership and information to the area health networks, medical clinics, area operational leadership, local, national and international medical learners establishing or seeking to establish medical practice in Saskatchewan. The position contributes to the research, design, alignment, implementation and evaluation of organizational initiatives as they relate to the ability to attract, orientate, support and retain practitioners throughout Saskatchewan. The Specialist is responsible for supporting the Area Chiefs of Staff in the administration and management of the Practitioner Staff Bylaws as they relate to the responsibilities of orientating and evaluating the practitioner staff.

Experience
- 3-5 years' experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Human Resources diploma
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
