Are you a dedicated and compassionate mental health practitioner with a passion for transformative and integrative healing? We are now looking for Registered Psychologists and Registered Social Workers to join our healing collective, who are trauma trained and focused on offering mind/body integration and whole-Self healing.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Therapeutic Approaches: Proficiency in therapeutic paradigms such as somatic, existential, transpersonal, psychodynamic, depth-oriented, or humanistic.

Personal Engagement: Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing personal development and self-exploration.

Trauma Experience: Expertise in trauma work with a deep understanding of trauma-informed practices.

Independence: Ability to work independently in a contract role.

Re-humanizing Mental Health: Dedication to decolonizing the therapeutic experience

Versatility: Seeking individuals able to work in person and/or virtually (hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Therapeutic Sessions: Utilize specialized therapeutic approaches during sessions.

Provide Trauma-Informed Therapy: Offer healing and personal growth-oriented therapy.

Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work with clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Active Community Participation: Be an engaged member in our community of guides, empowering and supporting colleagues.

CONTRACT TERMS:
Contract Role: Competitive tiered percentage split for a contract role. Administrative support (emails, calls, marketing, invoicing) included.

Liability for Work: You are responsible for your own work, including obtaining necessary insurance.

Support: Individual and group consultation included in contract agreement.

Flexibility: Work frequency location and hours are flexible.
