Explore this newly created Paralegal - Wills and Estates role with our Client, a respected Law Firm with opportunities in both Regina and Saskatoon.  Your Legal knowledge and commitment to Client service will be a vital contribution to helping people achieve their wills, estate planning and administration goals.

As the successful applicant, you will be provided with training/mentorship, a competitive remuneration/benefits package

Responsibilities include:
- Provide legal guidance and support to Clients with legal matters related to wills, powers of attorney, estate planning and administration.  
- Work collaboratively with the Lawyer/s in estate planning and administration.   Draft wills, powers of attorney, health care directives (living wills) and ancillary estate planning documents as required. Gather and analyze research data and relevant legal materials
- Demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity to Clients experiencing unique situations.  Attend client meetings to support and administer the process, as well as witness the signing of documents.  

You will bring:
- 4+ years Paralegal experience, supported by formal education in a Legal Assistant or Paralegal program.    
- Experience drafting legal documents and correspondence.  
- Experience in wills and estates is preferred, but consideration will be given to other Paralegal specialties.  
- Strong initiative and autonomy to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent Client service skills and ability to work with people from all walks of life.  High integrity, professionalism and sensitivity to Client needs.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
