Role: Engineering Manager
Location: Rocanville, Saskatchewan

As an experienced Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow the engineering department. In this key leadership position, you will play an integral part in leading major projects, driving operational efficiency and helping build stronger client relationships. With your experience in project management and process improvement you will be able to successfully scale the department and ensure the delivery of high impact solutions to multiple industries.

Qualifications

A bachelors degree in engineering, mechanical or structural preferred.
Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation from APEGS or another province.
5-10 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in a leadership role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring others.
