Coherent Agency is a Toronto-based web design and development agency specializing in UI/UX design and Webflow websites. We collaborate with various agencies and clients on a white-label basis, delivering high-quality, conversion-focused digital experiences. Were looking for talented freelancers to join our team on a project-by-project basis.

Role Overview:We are seeking skilled and reliable freelance web designers and developers who can take on projects as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy flexible work, have a strong eye for design, and can create functional, visually appealing websites.

Responsibilities:

Designwebsites using Figma for development onto the Webflow platform.

Create UI/UX designs based on client requirements.

Collaborate with our team to meet project goals and deadlines.


Requirements:

Proven experience in web design and/or development.

Proficiency in Figma is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.


Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

Knowledge of animations and interactions (GSAP, Lottie, etc.).

Graphic design skills

Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
