Wakiki Motel is located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Currently we are looking for a bar manager. An applicant that seeks long term employment is welcome; including aboriginals and new immigrants. The hourly wage for this position shall be $ 21.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
    Completion of program related to bar or beverage service operation.
    A minimum of one year of full-time work experience in the management of bar or beverage service operation.
    Knowledge of bar operations.
    Good interpersonal skills and team leader skills will be asset.
    Applicants who can work in this position for at least one year are preferred.
    Full time job seekers are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Manage all activities of overall bar operations.
    Recruit, train, and motivate bar staff.
    Organize and adjust staff work schedules and evaluate their work performance.
    Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages.
    Oversee the bar display to maximize functionality and attractiveness.
    Resolve customer complaints promptly.
    Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
    Oversee accurate cash-up procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
    Ensure adherence to cash management and stock control procedures.
    Monitor and order supplies, checking stock is correctly rotated.
    Take charge of bars budget control.
    Develop and implement customized sales and marketing efforts to increase the bars sales and revenue.
    Implement improvements for the bars products and services.
